Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support a high-visibility Intelligence Community customer in the Virginia/Maryland area. The Deputy PM will manage cost-plus deliverables and coordinate with government stakeholders, program leadership, and cross-functional teams.

The role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph, 10–12+ years of PM experience, and a background in supporting the Intelligence Community. PMP is preferred and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• 12+ years of program management experience or 10+ with Masters
• Experience in or supporting Intelligence Community programs
• Experience with requirements analysis, resource allocation, cost tracking and reporting
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership
• Experience with ODNI/DNI
• Familiarity with completion/deliverables-based contracts
• Project Management certification desired

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and control administrative and technical requirements of the program
• Allocate and manage program resources including staffing, facilities, budgets, and training
• Review Estimates to Complete (ETC), BOEs, ECPs and other financial reports
• Review risk and mitigation activities and report to COTR
• Prepare program status reviews for Government COTR
• Ensure contract compliance with regulatory and administrative requirements
• Review financial and technical reports before release
• Ensure cross-discipline integration to meet Government needs
• Support PMRs to the customer
