Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with minimum required years.
• 6+ years leading federal or DoD programs, 5+ years supervising teams.
• Active secret clearance required.
• Proven track record delivering network/ IT systems.
• Experience with cost-reimbursable contracts.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for a $62‑million program.
• Ensure delivery at mission pace.
• Lead integrated teams across Leidos, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders.
• Contribute to product strategy and roadmap execution.
• Deliver executive reporting and program reviews.
