Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a high-visibility Intelligence Community customer in the Virginia/Maryland area. The Deputy PM will oversee a cost-plus award-fee contract and deliverables, coordinating with the PM, government stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Strong background in program management within the Intelligence Community is essential, with TS/SCI with polygraph required for this role. PMP certification and a Master’s degree are desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management for large-scale, cost-plus contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Intelligence Community programs and government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control program requirements to meet government needs.
• Manage resources, staffing, budgets and training for the contract.
• Review financial reports, ETCs, BOEs, ECPs, and deliverables for accuracy.
• Collaborate with government COTR, leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Support PMRs and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
