Job summary

Leidos seeks an experienced Program Manager to support a high-visibility Intelligence Community program in the Virginia/Maryland region. The Deputy PM will work with PMs, government customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met on a cost-plus award-fee contract.

Responsibilities include resource management, financial oversight, risk mitigation, and regular PMRs with the government COTR, ensuring compliance and timely delivery under a deliverables-based contract.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• Minimum 10+ years in program/project management for similar scope and complexity.
• Experience with ODNI/DNI or Intelligence Community programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct administrative and technical requirements to meet government needs.
• Allocate resources, staffing, budgets, and training for the contract.
• Review financial reports, estimates to complete, and engineering change proposals.
• Provide program status reviews and communicate issues to government stakeholders.
