Job summary

Responsibilities

• Synchronize and coordinate activities with external teams and provide evaluation and feedback.
• Coordinate work across internal and external stakeholders, document outcomes and progress.
• Maintain coordination with project stakeholders, track dependencies and feedback.
• Develop troubleshooting and training for network administrators and operators.
• Create quick-start guides and training materials for partners and end users.
• Support change management activities and participate in configuration control boards.
• Assess, prototype, and test emerging technologies for DISN integration.
• Plan and conduct verification and validation for deployment and transition of infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve network performance and provide recommendations.
• Research, assess, and validate emerging technologies for program capabilities.
• Conduct testing and validation for infrastructure deployment and transition.
• Administer laboratory components at DISA Fort Meade, including patching and lifecycle support.
