Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years.
• Proven leadership abilities and detail-oriented under deadlines.
• Experience managing teams and subcontractors in projects.
• Experience with CPAF and FFP contracts, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with IT contracts and CRM across stakeholders.
• Experience briefing senior leadership.
