Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to provide program leadership for the NASA AEGIS IT services program. You will report to the Program Manager and help achieve financial, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and growth objectives across data centers, cloud, networks, and cybersecurity.

The role requires seasoned leadership, strong communication with senior clients, and the ability to drive modernization across multiple centers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or Master's with 10+ years.
• Strong leadership abilities; detail-oriented; meets deadlines.
• Minimum 7 years supervising employees and subcontractors.
• Proven PM experience across CPAF and FFP contracts; budgets and customer satisfaction.
• Experience with senior level customers (SES and above).
• Experience capturing on-contract growth and multi-stakeholder IT contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with customers and teams.
• Ability to brief Leidos and NASA senior leadership effectively.
• Preferred: ITIL, SAFe/Lean Portfolio Manager, PMP certifications; NASA experience.
• Technical knowledge across networks, data centers, cloud and collaboration services.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with NASA and Leidos leadership to align priorities.
• Lead engineering across data centers, cloud, networking, VoIP, cybersecurity, collaboration.
• Assess enterprise baselines and recommend modernization improvements.
• Translate NASA objectives into actionable priorities, plans, milestones and outcomes.
• Provide leadership to Portfolio Managers and fund each work package across centers.
• Foster innovation, learning, and accountability within the team.
• Mentor leaders on career growth and technical decision making.
