Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Deputy Leader for Money Operations Innovation & Control in Charlotte, NC. The role owns Embedded Controls, BPM, and Ops Analytics, acting as leader when needed and representing the function in cross-functional settings.

The ideal candidate combines builder mindset with protective intuition, leveraging automation, AI, and outsourcing to scale safely amid rapid growth, while guiding a multidisciplinary team with autonomy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8–12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, risk/controls, or business analytics in fintech/financial services.
Experience establishing internal controls, quality programs, or regulatory tracking/remediation inside an ops department.
Hands-on BPM experience including automation/AI and managing scaled third-party vendor operations.
Ability to lead and develop a cross-disciplinary team and operate with autonomy.
Experience representing an organization as deputy or second-in-command without sign-off on every call.

Responsabilités

Act as stand-in leader for the function in absence, representing priorities credibly in cross-functional forums.
Direct and develop the function's team across Quality, Monitoring, Complaints, and Analytics.
Own the operating rhythm: huddles, performance tracking, roadmap follow-through.
