Qualifications

• Experience with incident management, technical troubleshooting, service restoration, RCA.
• Experience supporting cloud environments and enterprise systems administration.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee IT service management processes including incident and problem management and SLA/KPI performance.
• Lead multi-cloud operations teams (cloud engineers, SREs, service desk).
• Plan workforce, staffing, and resource allocation; manage subcontractors.
