CEVA Logistics is seeking a Depot Management Supervisor for our Ridgefield, NJ facility. You will oversee transportation and customs processes, ensuring accurate documentation and strong customer service for imports/exports in line with federal regulations.

You will lead a team, supervise daily activities, monitor performance, and work with the operations manager. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ITAR/Export Compliance knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• Education and Experience: Four years related experience and at least one year supervisory experience.
• Credentials: ITAR, Import Brokerage, Export Compliance and Hazmat knowledge; some certifications may be required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, web-based and job-specific software applications.
• Characteristics: Ability to allocate work, analyze problems, present alternatives and implement solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop excellent customer service for internal and external customers at all times.
• Supervise department activities, assist in staff training and performance management.
• Monitor shipment documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Compute duties, tariffs, and weight/volume for imports/exports and liaise with customs.
• Establish and revise policies for customs clearance operations.
• Identify areas of concern in import/export processes via audits and reviews.
• Coordinate with operations manager and maintain flexible work hours including on-call.
• Oversee department projects related to the area of responsibility.
