• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification preferred; may be obtained within 3–6 months of hire.
• 3 months to 1 year warehousing experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; basic math skills; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: unload trucks, verify deliveries, inspect quality, receive in WMS, store in correct locations.
• Picking: locate and pick items per tickets, scan and place in totes.
• Packing: verify items, package, label, and prepare for shipment.
• Releasing: palletize orders, prepare paperwork, load truck.
• Inventory control: count, report discrepancies, maintain records.
• Cross-train across departments and assist as needed.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and company policies.
