CEVA Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead (Inventory) to direct inventory control, cycle counting, and team supervision in Ridgefield, NJ. The role focuses on maintaining accurate stock levels, leading improvements in procedures, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The candidate will train inventory staff, monitor discrepancies, and coordinate audits while maintaining meticulous records in the WMS system.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 3–5 years in inventory/warehouse.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to train teams.
• Experience with WMS and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities and cycle counting.
• Train and supervise inventory team members.
• Monitor stock levels and investigate discrepancies.
