Job summary

CEVA Logistics in the United States is seeking an Air Export Supervisor I to coordinate customs clearance activities and oversee daily operations in a fast paced gateway environment. You will ensure compliance with federal regulations and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.

The role requires a strong background in airfreight imports/exports, familiarity with IATA rules and export controls, plus solid proficiency in MS Office and in-house systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred in Transportation, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Minimum 4-5+ years related experience in Airfreight globally.
• Knowledge of export administration, DoC, UCP 500 and trade regulations.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile management and financial reports for the department.
• Oversee daily air export operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of cargo.
• Train staff and conduct periodic client reviews to improve service quality.
• Provide guidance on import/export regulations and documentation accuracy.
