Job summary

Citizens seeks a Product Director, Customer Engagement & Primacy to drive the strategy for expanding everyday deposit relationships among Mass and Mass Affluent clients. You will shape the portfolio, leverage insights on balances, usage and money movement, and set priorities across channels to deliver low-cost growth.

You will partner with field leaders, Digital and Customer Experience teams to execute targeted strategies, ensure regulatory compliance and drive relationship depth and overall

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven ability to guide cross-functional initiatives and influence roadmaps.
• Experience overseeing consumer deposit portfolios or everyday banking strategies.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategy to expand deposit share of wallet and relationship value.
• Develop view of balances, product penetration, account usage and money movement.
• Identify opportunities across segments, markets, channels and relationship characteristics.
• Maintain prioritized portfolio agenda balancing deposit sales, growth and customer value.
• Translate analytics into portfolio priorities and channel actions.
• Lead field and digital engagement strategies with Retail and RM teams.
• Define measures for household deposit penetration and primacy.
