Job summary

Citizens Financial is seeking a Product Director for Customer Engagement & Primacy to lead strategic portfolio expansion across Mass and Mass Affluent relationships, driving low-cost deposit growth and primacy.

You will translate insights into field, digital, product, marketing and customer experience strategies, balancing current performance with long-term relationship depth and account usage across channels.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in product management, deposit strategy or related fields.
• Strategic oversight of an established consumer deposit portfolio.
• Experience increasing deposit share of wallet and balance growth.
• Experience coordinating field and digital engagement strategies.
• Experience developing differentiated strategies for Mass and Mass Affluent segments.

Responsibilities

• Establish strategy for expanding deposit share of wallet and relationship value across Mass and Mass Affluent customers.
• Develop a detailed view of balances, product penetration, account usage, money movement, engagement, primacy and external wallet opportunities.
• Maintain a prioritized portfolio agenda balancing total deposit sales, balance growth, relationship depth and long-term value.
• Define the strategic role of field and digital channels in expanding established relationships and hitting targets.
• Present portfolio trends, opportunities, risks, and investment tradeoffs to senior leadership and ensure regulatory and risk alignment.
