Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, deposit strategy, consumer banking, customer strategy, portfolio management or related fields.

Aufgaben

• Establish strategy to expand deposit share of wallet across Mass and Mass Affluent customers.
• Develop view of balances, product penetration, account usage, money movement and engagement.
• Identify opportunities across segments, markets, channels and relationship characteristics.
• Maintain prioritized portfolio agenda balancing sales, growth and long-term value.
• Translate analytics into portfolio priorities and channel actions.
• Develop strategies to increase everyday deposit relationships and total deposit sales.
• Lead engagement strategies across checking, savings, direct deposit and transfers.
• Coordinate with field and digital teams to align priorities and actions.
• Present portfolio trends, risks and recommendations to senior leadership.
