Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a Head of Deposits Product Development to lead the strategic development, modernization, and innovation of the consumer deposit product portfolio. You will guide cross-functional teams through core conversion initiatives, platform modernization, and enterprise-wide deposit transformation to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a strategic leader with deep deposit product expertise, strong executive communication, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

10+ years in banking or financial services with leadership in deposit product development
Proven leadership of high-performing teams delivering customer-focused banking solutions
Deep expertise in retail, commercial, and digital deposit products and regulatory requirements
Experience leading large-scale deposit transformation initiatives (core conversions, platform modernization)

Responsibilities

Lead deposit core convergence and platform modernization across banking platforms
Define and execute a strategic roadmap for deposit platform evolution
Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, and Digital teams to ensure compliant, scalable product solutions
Mentor and manage a team of product managers and drive stakeholder alignment
