Job summary

The role involves leading initiatives from discovery to implementation, collaborating with Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Technology to achieve measurable business results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with consumer and/or business markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the consumer deposit product portfolio and drive growth, profitability, and customer retention.
• Develop product strategies, pricing recommendations, and engagement initiatives for primary banking relationships.
• Lead product discovery, business cases, and pitches for new products and customer experiences.
• Monitor product performance, pricing, profitability, and market position for improvements.
