Job summary

Embassy National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager (Deposits) to grow the bank’s deposits and client base in the Lawrenceville area. You will identify new customers, onboard them, and provide tailored banking solutions while collaborating with lenders to cross-sell deposit-related services.

The role reports to the Chief Banking Officer and requires strong relationship-building, sales discipline, and knowledge of deposit products.

Qualifications

• Must have strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in deposit products and branch operations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and pipelines in a demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new customers aligned with deposit and loan growth goals.
• Market Treasury Management services to local businesses.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges and requirements.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and opening accounts.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs for pipeline growth and client acquisition.
• Sell deposit products in coordination with management and lenders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and security procedures.
• Handle customer transactions and on-boarding tasks as needed.
