Qualifications

• 6+ years of sales or relationship management experience in financial services.
• Experience generating deposit relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
• Experience with deposit pricing and liquidity management is a plus.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients with a focus on deposit growth.
• Identify client needs and develop deposit/banking solutions to support growth and retention.
• Develop new client relationships through business development and networking.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with internal partners to connect clients with Bank products.
• Provide financial guidance and maintain relationships through ongoing communication and service.
• Monitor deposit activity to identify changes, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, deposit products, and regulatory requirements.
