Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of sales or relationship management in financial services.
• Experience generating deposit relationships with small to mid-sized businesses.
• Experience with deposit pricing and liquidity management.
• Working knowledge of treasury management solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a portfolio of Corporate Banking clients with a focus on acquiring, retaining and expanding deposit relationships.
• Identify client needs and develop deposit and banking solutions to support relationship growth.
• Develop new client relationships through business development, networking, and community activities.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and connect clients with bank products and services.
• Provide financial guidance to clients and maintain strong relationships through ongoing communication.
• Monitor deposit activity and relationships to identify changes, risks and growth opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive activity and regulatory requirements to provide insights.
• Contribute market and competitive insights to deposit growth initiatives.
