Accentuate Staffing in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Relationship Banker to drive deposits growth and promote Cash Management, RDC, and other electronic banking products. You will identify prospective clients, cultivate long-term relationships, and collaborate with branch staff to uncover new opportunities.

The role requires banking relationship experience, sales/service background, and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Four-year business-related degree and minimum of three years retail banking experience.
• Experience working directly with customers in a sales/service environment.
• Technical proficiency with RDC and Cash Management products.
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues for customers.
• Detail-oriented in a high-volume atmosphere.

• Identify and target potential customers to increase deposits and sell electronic banking products.
