Job summary

City National Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager Associate Deposits CRE in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on developing new deposit relationships, servicing existing clients, and promoting Treasury Services to maximize profitability.

The candidate will manage client portfolios, coordinate with product specialists, and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral sources, while ensuring risk controls and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years financial services experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Capable of working well independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop New Deposit Relationships and prepare a Relationship Plan and calling schedule for each client or prospect.
• Call on existing or prospective clients to discuss and promote Treasury Services and other Bank products to establish a total client relationship.
• Negotiate transactions and price Treasury Services products using approved pricing models to assure profitability.
• Ensure conformance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements and exercise sound credit and risk judgment.
• Monitor relationship results, determine client profitability, and prepare management reports and expense detail.
