• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
• Experience with consumer markets and data-driven decision making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the consumer deposit product portfolio (savings, money market, CDs).
• Develop product strategies, pricing recommendations, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Lead product discovery, business cases, and pitches for new products/features.
• Drive product launches and cross-functional implementation with Retail, Marketing, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Partner with channel leaders to support product sales and training.
• Ensure compliance and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Monitor pricing, profitability, and market position for improvements.
