Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the financial industry.
• 7–10 years of Deposit Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of deposits, bank operations, products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work while staying organized.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and oversee daily Deposit Operations Specialists activities.
• Ensure accurate client accounts and proper check-file processing within SLAs.
• Research and resolve time-sensitive or complex requests.
• Use reporting to monitor performance and set expectations.
• Collaborate with Sales and IT on new systems, enhancements, or testing.
• Serve as SME on documentation, systems, processes, policies, compliance, and regulations related to deposit operations.
• Oversee day-to-day management of team members and escalate complex transactions as needed.
• Pursue ongoing education and required regulatory training.
