Job summary

Amazon's Technology Deployment - Systems Integration team in the USA seeks a Systems Development Engineer for Massachusetts. You will liaise between Fulfillment Center Operations and product development engineers, driving deployment of advanced automation within fulfillment networks.

You will own deployment processes, validate lab and field tests, develop scripts and tools, collaborate across sites, and travel up to 75% across North America.

Qualifications

• Experience automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years control system experience.
• Experience with PLC/IPC based controls (Allen Bradley, Siemens, CODESYS).
• Knowledge of embedded systems development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cross-functional deployments on time and within budget.
• Develop deployment schedules and track KPI metrics.
• Design and validate sorter system configurations and integrations.
• Create deployment scripts and automation tooling.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams across sites.
• Travel up to 75% across North America.
