Job summary

EliseAI is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the Future Platforms team to found and scale a new function, taking future platform products from early promise to live, adopted deployments. You will guide complex stakeholder groups, influence product and engineering, and build repeatable playbooks to scale with quality.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in enterprise software implementations, strong technical intuition, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel ~2x per month and work

Qualifications

• 5–8 years running enterprise software implementations, platform migrations, or technology transformation programs.
• Demonstrated track record of taking enterprise deployments live with launch outcomes.
• Strong technical intuition, STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Proven ability to own and operate autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to manage complex client-facing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month for ~2–3 days and work in person 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end across deployments from late-stage sales handoff to launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning: translate goals into clear requirements and rollout plans.
• Run execution with multiple deployments, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Maintain multi-threaded project plans under ambiguity with clear cadences and risk tracking.
• Collaborate with product operations, engineering, and training on configuration, data migration, and adoption.
• Support change management by aligning client leadership on workflow changes for adoption.
• Inform product development with real-world usage and customer input.
• Contribute to playbooks and templates to improve speed and quality as we scale.
