Job summary

EliseAI in New York is seeking a Deployment Strategist on the Future Platforms team to help found and scale a critical function. You’ll drive engagements from late-stage sales handoff through launch, translating customer needs into concrete requirements and shipped improvements.

This role is cross-functional, high-autonomy, and requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to operate under ambiguity, and willingness to travel ~2x per month and work in person at the office 4–5 days a week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years running enterprise software implementations or migrations.
• Proven track record of taking deployments live and launching.
• STEM degree or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing complex client-facing projects end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel ~2x per month and work in-office 4–5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own engagement success end-to-end from late-stage sales handoff through launch and post-launch stabilization.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and decisioning to translate fuzzy goals into crisp requirements, workflows, success metrics, and rollout plans.
• Run the execution motion: manage multiple concurrent deployments across stages with internal and client teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain project cadence and risk tracking.
• Collaborate on product operations, engineering, and training for configuration, data migration, launch, and adoption.
• Support change management and align workflows for adoption to stick.
• Inform product development with customer input and usage learnings.
• Contribute to scalable playbooks and templates as we grow.
