Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Deployment Leader to be the primary contact for customers throughout the full implementation lifecycle. You will partner with manufacturing clients to understand operations, tailor configurations, and drive adoption from leadership to plant floor.

You will lead end-to-end deployments, deliver stakeholder training, and ensure strong user adoption while balancing time-to-value with quality and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing environment (3+ without degree) with ERP/MES exposure.
• Experience working directly with customers with strong interpersonal skills and ownership.
• Comfortable in plant-floor and executive environments.
• Willing to travel 25–50% (domestically; potential Canada/Australia projects).

Responsibilities

• Serve as Deployment Leader; primary contact for customers through full implementation lifecycle.
• Partner with manufacturing clients to understand operations and tailor configurations.
• Lead end-to-end deployments from setup to go-live.
• Deliver training to stakeholders from executive leadership to plant floor.
• Drive user adoption and long-term utilization through best practices.
• Manage deployment outcomes tied to ARR and customer success metrics.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve deployment processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product to provide customer feedback.
