Job summary

Base is seeking a Deployment Engineer to support battery deployment operations with regulated utilities and to refine the pipeline that moves partner deals from signing to PTO. You will be the technical point of contact for utility partners and help scale deployments across markets.

You will build internal systems, coordinate with field teams, and drive data-driven improvements while maintaining strong partner relationships and ensuring project timelines stay on track.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a CRM as the system of record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with multi-deal tracking.
• Bachelor’s in a relevant engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define operational parameters for deploying batteries with utilities.
• Stand up deployment operations and refine deal-to-PTO pipeline.
• Serve as day-to-day technical contact for utility partners.
• Build data collection systems to drive process improvements.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues to minimize disruption.
• Collaborate with teams to scale partnerships and deployments.
