Job summary

Base Power Company is seeking a Deployment Operations Specialist to support deployment operations as we launch partnerships with new utilities. You will manage the pipeline, scheduling, and interconnection steps that move deals from signed to PTO, while serving as the day‑to‑day contact for utility partners.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in operations, program management, or partnerships roles that involved multi-disciplinary collaboration.
• Experience working with utility companies, interconnection agreements, or in regulated energy markets is a plus.
• Comfortable owning a CRM as the system of record — clean data in, clean data out.
• Strong written communicator, able to draft partner-facing emails quickly.
• Track record of building relationships with external partners and clearing process bottlenecks.
• Organized and detail-oriented, able to track dozens of deals and approvals in flight.

Responsibilities

• Own daily pipeline health across partner queues; coordinate cross-team fixes and clean CRM records.
• Coordinate handoffs between field teams and partners to keep install quotas on track and scheduling stable.
• Support interconnection agreement processes end-to-end; track submissions and drive PTO.
• Serve as primary contact with utility partners for interconnection, inspection coordination, and requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with utility reps to anticipate changes and resolve bottlenecks.
• Create weekly install, commissioning, and pipeline performance metrics and dashboards.
• Coordinate with Deployments, Field Ops, and Partnerships to surface and resolve blockers.
