MANTECH is seeking a Journeyman Field Office Technician to join our team in New Mexico, providing on-site IT support and services to USACE users. You will deploy to CASTLE-NET field offices, perform IT infrastructure wellness checks, and ensure compliance with IT policies.

Travel up to 75% is required, and a Secret clearance is required before starting. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in IT/support roles, strong hardware/software knowledge, and experience with remote tools and ticketing systems.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; or 2+ years of relevant experience with an Associate degree.
• 4+ years of IT and/or field/user support experience.
• Strong hardware, software, and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Willing to travel extensively for field missions and maintain 8140 IAT Level II.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site IT support by deploying to CASTLE-NET program field offices for IT infrastructure and end-user device wellness checks.
• Conduct network performance evaluations, check conference room equipment, and support end-user devices to ensure compliance with USACE IT policies.
• Assist with IT equipment disposal training and support onsite personnel with IT issue ticketing and documentation.
• Deliver world-class IT services and responsive, dependable customer support to exceed the expectations of USACE IT end-users.
• Deliver vital solutions and strengthen the IT foundation with secure, innovative, and modernized technology.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure complete and functioning systems meeting mission requirements.
