• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act in a manner consistent with company values.
• Drive and teach the basic P’s of retail: People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists for high levels of customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Communicate SOP direction and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Greet customers, assist with product questions and selections, and process checkouts.
• Stock, tag displays and create price tags and signs.
