Job summary

H&M in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Department Supervisor to support Sales and Profit goals by delivering the Best Customer Experience in-store. You will lead a team, ensure accurate admin routines, and uphold visual, merchandising and service standards in line with global guidelines.

You’ll develop the team, coordinate with Visual Merchandiser, manage opening and closing, monitor stock levels, and promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in-store following global guidelines.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas and promote products to customers.
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure correct fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Open and close the store daily and handle admin routines for people and operations.
