Position

Department Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top‑tier service and fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team, building a high‑performing lineup each day.
• Own execution across operations: guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage staffing, succession planning, recruiting, hiring, orientation, and ongoing development.
• Maintain department labor budgets, create weekly schedules, and balance team needs with business needs.
• Develop and implement incentive programs and contests to motivate team members.
• Administer merit increase process and manage performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other managers on hiring decisions and growth opportunities.
• Maintain training certifications and ensure all state‑required training and permits are current.
• Manage guest comment program, handle food quality complaints, and provide coaching on guest satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to food and bar product standards, vendor accountability, and inventory control.
• Analyze performance metrics (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) and create action plans to address issues.
• Conduct administrative functions such as invoicing, end‑of‑day procedures, and equipment monitoring.
• Support revenue and labor management to improve profitability.
