Job summary

Salary: $18.00 – $27.40 per hour

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop staff; build a high-performing team.
• Own all operational execution—guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan‑engagement initiatives.
• Plan, hire, interview, manage, schedule, and develop department staff.
• Develop and maintain training plans, performance feedback, and incentive programs.
• Manage inventory, food & beverage cost controls, and labor budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, responsible alcohol service, and health regulations.
• Address guest comments, resolve quality issues, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
