Qualifications

• Solid understanding of restaurant operations and food safety requirements.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and guest safety.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and guest experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team and build an all-star lineup daily.
• Own execution across operations from guest engagement to quality, speed and accuracy.
• Ensure a clean, safe and compliant environment across all areas.
• Direct staffing, hiring, orientation, training and ongoing development of Department Team Members.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Develop and implement incentive programs and contests for the department.
