World Wide Wings is seeking a Department Manager at our Zionsville, IN location to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality operations in a fast-paced, guest-centric Buffalo Wild Wings franchise. You will coach, develop, and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service and a winning guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, leadership experience, and a passion for building culture.

Formación

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
