Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings (World Wide Wings) Springfield location is seeking Department Managers to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality teams. You will supervise staffing, scheduling, training and cost controls, while promoting a high-energy guest experience.

Responsibilities include coaching managers, managing labor and food costs, and driving promotions. This role requires a strong leader who can develop people and maintain safety standards in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Restaurant and/or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Team Members to deliver top-tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop your team—building an all-star lineup every day.
• Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in-house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
