Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking an energetic leader to manage restaurant operations and teams in Fishers, IN. You will drive guest experiences, training, and daily execution with a focus on safety, quality, and speed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; restaurant leadership experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Hourly Salary: $18.00 – $27.40

Responsibilities

  • Coach, train, and develop your team—and build an all‑star lineup every day
  • Own execution across operations, from guest engagement to quality, speed, and accuracy
  • Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas
  • Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives
  • Directly responsible for staffing, succession planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, orientation, training, and ongoing development of Department Team Members
  • Maintain department staffing at or above guidelines set at each business review
  • Ensure training store certification and WCT training for department staff
  • Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines, balancing team member and business needs
  • Develop and implement incentive programs and contests for the department; motivate participation in company promotions
  • Provide regular performance feedback, conduct performance appraisals, and administer merit increase processes
  • Assist the General Manager with coaching other managers on effective performance management procedures
  • Oversee training modules; ensure WCTs are correctly scheduled to conduct training
  • Use World Wide Wings support teams and subject‑matter experts as needed
  • Communicate regularly with direct reports through departmental meetings
  • Ensure all department members have current required state training and permits; actively address guest comments and quality complaints; use the Guest Experience Management (GEM) program to improve satisfaction
  • Facilitate adherence to new food and bar product rollouts; verify recipe adherence, portioning, and inventory controls
  • Communicate vendor expectations for quality and timeliness; hold vendors accountable for meeting specifications
  • Analyze performance tools (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) to identify problems; develop and enforce action plans
  • Perform administrative manager duties—entering invoices, inventory tracking, end‑of‑day procedures, and equipment monitoring
  • Comply with all applicable Board of Health and food safety practices; promptly address BOH and Steritech issues
  • Manage overall food cost, labor results, and inventory levels; maintain proper inventory for food, paper products, and alcohol
  • Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections; understand P&L statements and develop corrective actions for problem areas
  • Administer bar cost tools; manage beer, liquor, and beverage costs and bar labor results; maintain alcohol inventory; control waste, comps, voids, and discounts
  • Assist General Manager with local marketing programs and sales‑building incentives for hospitality and bar departments
  • Complete all other assigned duties or tasks as required
