Salary Range: $18.00 - $27.40 Hourly

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire team members to deliver top‑tier service and unforgettable fan experiences.
• Coach, train, and develop the team—building an all‑star lineup each day.
• Own execution across operations: guest engagement, quality, speed, and accuracy.
• Champion a clean, safe, and compliant environment across all areas.
• Bring energy to in‑house promotions, local marketing, and fan engagement initiatives.
• Manage departmental staffing, succession planning, hiring, orientation, and ongoing development.
• Develop direct reports through action and development plans.
• Create weekly department schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
• Implement incentive programs and contests to motivate the team.
• Provide regular performance feedback, conduct appraisals, and administer merit increases.
• Assist the General Manager with coaching other managers on performance management procedures.
• Ensure the guest comment program is handled promptly and coach on handling complaints.
• Maintain quality operations: oversee new food product rollouts, vendor communication, recipe adherence, and portioning.
• Analyze performance tools (GEM, QSCs, audits, P&L) to identify issues and create action plans.
• Manage inventory, coordinate ordering, and control costs for the department.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health regulations, responsible alcohol service, and BOH/Steritech standards.
• Monitor equipment, log repair needs, and follow up for timely maintenance.
• Support local marketing and sales‑building initiatives as part of the hospitality role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.
• Preferred: prior leadership or managerial experience in a restaurant setting.
• Team‑first mindset with a passion for people development and culture building.
