Job Location: 127 East Palm Ave - Burbank, CA 91502 | Salary Range: $22.10 - $25.75 Hourly

We are seeking Department Managers to lead operations across the restaurant. The position is responsible for managing the Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality departments, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, quality, and profitability.

All Department Manager Responsibilities

• Staffing, succession planning, recruiting, orientation, and ongoing development of department team members.
• Develop and implement training programs and action plans for direct reports.
• Create weekly schedules within labor budget and balance team member and business needs.
• Administer semi-annual merit increases and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate with other managers for hiring decisions and talent growth.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, Responsible Alcohol Service, and health regulations.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Handle guest comments and quality complaints through GEM program.
• Analyze performance metrics (P&L, GEM, QSCs) and implement corrective action plans.
• Drive sales and profitability goals for the department.

Department Specific Responsibilities

• Heart of House (HOH) Manager – oversee food products, staff planning, quality, cost control, and guest experience.
• Bar Manager – manage alcohol inventory, Responsible Alcohol Service compliance, bartender training, and bar profitability.
• Hospitality Manager – supervise dining room service, team planning, and guest service.
