Responsibilities

Shift Manager: Manage daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.

Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience, properly execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.

Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure high‑quality food delivery, maintain safety standards, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures.

People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train and schedule them to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate and recognize crew throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Prior managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
