Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to the team and other managers.
• Oversee guest service operations, including crew and managers, sales promotions, training, and front‑counter/Drive‑Thru organization.
• Ensure quality food delivery, food safety, cost control, and staff training in kitchen operations.
• Hire, train, schedule and motivate crew to meet sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience preferred; ideally within restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for a fast‑paced environment.
