Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to listen, ask relevant questions, and provide articulate responses.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
• Flexible mindset to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address issues quickly.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain consistent displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through counts and replenishment.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes with relevant teams.
• Implement playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Support front-end operations by processing transactions or loadouts.
• Operate standard retail equipment and handheld devices as required.
• Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives.
