Theisen’s Home Farm Auto is seeking a Department Lead to oversee assigned department duties, coach staff, and ensure Theisen’s Brand customer service standards are met. You will delegate tasks, train on selling skills, and help implement productivity strategies while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, handling merchandise, and supporting management with promotions and daily operations.

Formación

• Must be a full time Theisen’s associate and have desire to grow and promote within the company.
• 6-12 months retail experience preferred.
• Satisfactory completion of NHPA test within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service
• Approach customers storewide and help locate merchandise
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-ons
• Maintain knowledge of products and be able to assist in designated areas
• Process price quotes, order merchandise, and follow up on special orders
• Answer phones and respond to customer questions
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties and basic bookkeeping as needed
• Run cash registers and assist with checkout and carryouts
• Participate in physical inventory and stock transfers
• Support management in executing promotions and department directives
• Mentor and train associates to provide brand quality customer service
• Handle difficult questions or complaints from customers
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management
