Job summary

Theisen’s Home Farm Auto in Ripon, CA is seeking a Department Lead to assist the Store Manager in running a busy department. You will delegate tasks, train on selling skills and product knowledge, and implement strategies to boost productivity while upholding Theisen’s brand customer service.

You will mentor associates, ensure a welcoming work environment, assist with checkout and restocking, and maintain accurate pricing and displays.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time Theisen’s associate and seek growth within the company.
• 6-12 months retail experience preferred.
• NHPA test must be completed within three months of starting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Approach customers storewide, assist and guide them to merchandise.
• Explain features and benefits and suggest add-on items.
• Maintain knowledge of products and pricing; assist with stock and displays.
• Handle checkout duties, process orders, and follow up on special requests.
• Maintain shelf tagging, price merchandise, and ensure clean, organized displays.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and participate in inventory processes.
