Job summary

Theisen's Home Farm Auto is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, knowledgeable service in-store. You will greet customers, help them select items that fit their needs, and explain product benefits while assisting in other store areas as needed.

You may assist at checkout, stock shelves, and ensure displays meet Theisen’s Brand standards. The role includes part-time and full-time eligibility, with opportunities for growth and cross-training.

Qualifications

• 3-12 months retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approach customers storewide and assist in locating merchandise.
• Explain benefits and features of merchandise and suggest add-ons.
• Maintain knowledge of products and shelf displays.
• Handle checkout tasks and assist with packing and routine transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and merchandising per Theisen’s Brand requirements.
• Assist with inventory, transfers, and other tasks as requested by management.
