You will lead a team to ensure excellent service, merchandise presentation, and adherence to company standards, policies, and local regulations. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and a strong focus on customer-centric results.

Responsibilities

• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Be aware of and act on your department's strengths and commercial opportunities with the Department Manager.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and promote products to customers.
• Promote our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure proper fitting room and checkout routines, including transactions, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain admin routines for both people and operations.
