Sport Design Sweden AB (SDS) is hiring a Sales Coordinator for our Denver team to keep orders, deliveries, and production on track. This highly organized admin role works with reps, production, and leadership to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

If you thrive on detail, clear communication, and Excel proficiency, this role rewards precision and teamwork. Hybrid work with a Downtown Denver office option is available.

Qualificações

• Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience in admin, operations or logistics.
• Clear, proactive communication with reps, production, and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Handle order entry accurately and on time.
• Support reps: send sample boxes and respond to delivery updates and shipping issue requests.
• Manage and organize product imagery; gather and maintain image folders for sales reps.
• Process order corrections after the order deadline, coordinating with the sales team.
• Join production meetings to help resolve order issues that come up after the deadline.
